Ronny Douek

Ronny Douek

Chairman

Ronny is a social entrepreneur and a businessman, founder and Chairman of “Sheatufim” and of “Zionism 2000 – for Social Responsibility”- a non-profit organization aiming to develop a culture of social responsibility among the civic and business community in Israel. Ronny also served as co-chairman on the advisory committee of UJC Israel, a member of the board of Rashi Foundation and as chairman of the Israel Anti-Drug Authority. Ronny was awarded the “Presidential Award for Volunteerism” for his contribution to the community in 1998 and was elected to light a torch on the official ceremony of Israel’s 60th anniversary.

Anat Ramaty Shashua

Anat Ramaty Shashua

Anat Ramaty Shashua is an Israeli social entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Anat has been involved in the field of children and youth at risk for the past 20 years. Anat is the chairman of the "Or Shalom" organization, and the founder of the "House for Social Solidarity" and of the Aharon Shandor NGO Association, for young people who have graduated from boarding schools, and lack a family background.
Anat participates in the education project of the "Yated" program and is involved in the work of dozens of social organizations in Israel, has a bachelor's degree in special education and geography, as well as a master's degree in educational counseling from Tel Aviv University.
Anat is married to Amnon Shashua, an Israeli professor, researcher and a leading hi-tech entrepreneur and a mother of 3 children. Together, the couple founded the Shashua Foundation – which she leads.

Efi Cohen

Efi Cohen

Efi Cohen is the Head of Salesforce Israel R&D Centre and SVP, Product and Engineering at Datorama, a Salesforce company, and most recently, was Co-Founder and CTO of Datorama which was acquired by Salesforce in 2018. Efi has been building and managing industry-leading products and teams for the past 20 years. Prior to founding Datorama in 2012, Efi was part of the founding team (employee number one) of Eyeblaster (MediaMind / Sizmek) where he led and built the architecture and technology as VP Technology. MediaMind went public (NASDAQ) in 2010 and got acquired by DG Inc in 2011.

Eyal Melamed

Eyal Melamed

Eyal served for over 30 years in the Israeli defense and intelligence forces, holding a variety of operational and senior command positions. He retired from government service at a rank parallel to Major-General, and is currently an entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector. He serves as a director on the boards of several NGO’s, and as senior consultant to the World Jewish Congress. Eyal holds a degree in Economics and International Relations from Tel Aviv University.

Joseph Gitler

Joseph Gitler

In 2003, Joseph Gitler founded Leket Israel –The National Food Bank as a one-man volunteer operation to respond to the paradox of growing hunger and poverty in Israel on the one hand and significant food waste on the other. Today, Joseph’s operation has grown to become the only food rescue and resource organization in Israel. Leket Israel supplies surplus food and nutritional support to over 200 non-profit organizations serving more than 175,000 people in Israel weekly.
Joseph has worked to expand the scope of Leket Israel’s capabilities. Today, Leket thrives with the assistance of 105 employees, 12 delivery vehicles and tens of thousands of volunteers – a direct result of Joseph’s dedication.
Joseph received the coveted Presidential Award for Volunteerism from former President Shimon Peres, accepted the Ruppin Academic Center’s 2017 Honorary Fellowship, received the 2018 Cohon Award, was named the 2018 Man of the Year by the Ra’anana Rotary, was awarded Beit Hapalmach’s 2016 Yigal Alon Prize, and was selected to deliver a 2017 JedX talk and a 2015 ELI talk. He is a recipient of the Inaugural 2014 Bonei Zion Prize and named one of the 50 most influential Jews in the world. Most recently, Joseph was selected to receive the 2018 Compassion Award for Children and Youth at Risk.
Joseph received his juris doctor degree from Fordham University. He also has a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University. He resides in Ra’anana, Israel with his wife and their five children.

A lawyer by profession, in recent years Hagit has voluntarily participated in the management of several non-profit associations (Educating for Excellence, Association for Children at Risk, Zionism 2000), and serves as a consultant to companies regarding voluntary contribution to the community. Hagit holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in philosophy from Tel Aviv university.

Harriet Finn

Harriet Finn

Harriet a partner at Israel's largest law firm, Herzog, specializing in international commercial transactions and is general counsel to Mohari Hospitality and the Scheinberg Family Office. She sits on the steering committee of the Scheinberg Relief Fund. Harriet emigrated to Israel from the UK in 2000 after receiving her law degree from Cambridge University.

Itzik Turjeman

Itzik Turjeman

tzik served as CEO of the Rashi Foundation from 2012 until 2016. Prior to Rashi, Itzik led a long and acclaimed career in the Israel Defense Forces, in various engineering and managerial positions at the R&D Unit of the Intelligence Corps, and later as founder and director of the Atidim Program that promotes high-potential students from the periphery to academic studies. Itzik also established and managed the social security department in the Ministry of Defense, responsible for the entire relationship between the Israeli defense establishment and Israeli society. Itzik received the Israel Security Award in 1988 and the IDF Intelligence Prize for Creative Thinking in 1999; in 2003 he was awarded an honorary fellowship from the Technion.

Ran has over 18 years of engineering, product, leadership, and global management experience.
Co-founder & CEO of Datorama, a data integration and Marketing Intelligence technology company. Grew the company to a leading global player in the field, with 17 global offices across the globe and hundreds of employees. Acquired in 2018 by Salesforce in 2018.
Previously VP R&D at MediaMind, a NASDAQ traded online advertising technology company, where he led all product and engineering activities.
Ran is a father to 3 daughters ,a naval officer and captain.

Rebecca ''Becky'' Caspi

Rebecca "Becky" Caspi

Rebecca is the senior vice president, Israel and Overseas of The Jewish Federations of North America, as well as the director general of JFNA’s Israel office. In this capacity, Rebecca leads a team that serves as the eyes and ears – and often voice – of North American Jewry and the Federation movement in Israel. Rebecca’s department oversees hundreds of projects, missions and other Federation activities in Israel, liaises with JFNA’s historic partners, represents the movement to the Israeli media and wider public, and interfaces with all levels of the Israeli government. Prior to joining JFNA, Rebecca worked for over 16 years at the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee.

Robert Goldberg

Robert Goldberg

Bobby is a Past Board Chair of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, and past National Chairman of the Jewish Federations of North America. Goldberg is also a past Chairman of Tel Aviv University, a founder of The Agnon School (a Cleveland Jewish day school), a past Chairman of the Jewish Agency task force for the Negev and Galilee, and a trustee of the Negev Foundation. Bobby is an AIPAC supporter and a trustee of Nefesh B’Nefesh (which brings new immigrants from North America). Bobby has had a home in Israel since1969, and was given Honorary Citizenship of Beit Shean. In 2018 he became an Israeli citizen.

Sara Hurand

Sara is an architect, social activist, and creative strategist. Among her non-profit volunteer work, she co-founded the national award winning Jewish Arts and Culture Lab in Cleveland, Ohio. She now lives in Tel Aviv. Sara holds a Master in Architecture degree from Harvard University and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Environmental Design from Parsons School of Design.

Sarit Firon is one of Israel’s most accomplished startup executives and investors, with more
than 25 years’ experience across Silicon Valley, New York and Tel Aviv’s high-tech hubs.
Bringing her extensive executive, operational and financial experience to the table, Sarit has
invested and shepherded some of Israel’s most successful acquisitions and exits, including Datorama, Mediamind, Armis,Alooma, Demisto, and Dynamic Yield. Most recently she was Managing Partner of Cerca Partners Venture Fund.
Sarit is known for her hands-on guidance for entrepreneurs, which helps them navigate through
the broad spectrum of challenges, from raising capital to finding the right talent, scaling up and
building across geography and cultures. She sits on numerous boards and is a trusted partner
to both the investment and entrepreneurial communities.
