Over the past ten years, over a hundred CEOs from various social organizations have participated in the Sheatufim Forum for CEOs and other programs for social CEOs.
The social CEO operates within a challenging management environment which includes a variety of interfaces and challenges to be dealt with, in order to lead social impact. The social CEO of is a part of the third sector and of civil society in Israel, and therefore has a role in leading social impact on complex social issues.
Sheatufim Forum for Social CEOs – a group of CEOs who study the theory of social management and discuss managerial issues that concern the participants, both as CEOs of the organization and as leaders of the third sector in Israel.
The meetings combine learning of management and professional content relevant to the social CEO, with peer learning, which deals with the day to day dilemmas and issues of the social CEO in Israel. The content throughout the sessions deals with social impact. It includes social management theory; understanding the tension between survival and social impact, and deals with issues of broad and shared social impact.
In the framework of the Forum, the group enables each CEO to discuss management dilemmas, to ask questions, to share advice and tips, and to discuss management challenges together, thereby learning from each other’s experience, connecting with each other and developing a broad sectoral awareness.

• To develop a professional community for the creation of diverse collaborations, partnerships and networking.
CEOs of civil organizations (NGOs or non-profit organizations) who have served as CEOs for at least a year and commit themselves to participation in 90% of the sessions and to full participation in a two-day session.
Each forum is uniquely structured, in order to ensure that the content we offer is relevant to the participating CEOs and in order that the participants will be able to experience fruitful peer learning.
